We want you to be happy with letsflw. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our paid plans.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with letsflw Pro or Expert, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment. Just contact us at the email below and we will process it, no complicated questions. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Pro or Expert subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You keep your paid access until the end of your current billing period.
- You are not charged again after that.
- Your account simply returns to the Free plan.
How refunds are handled
letsflw uses Paddle as our payment provider and merchant of record. Refunds are processed through Paddle back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
After 30 days
After the 30-day window, subscriptions are generally non-refundable, since the service is digital and available for use immediately. You can still cancel any time to stop future charges. For an annual plan, cancelling stops the next year's renewal — the current paid period is not pro-rated after the 30-day window. If you have a special circumstance, contact us — we consider reasonable requests in good faith.
