Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how letsflw ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website and tools. This is a general policy; please review it against your own legal requirements.
Information we collect
Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and an encrypted (hashed) password. We never store your password in readable form.
Content you submit. The free tools process the text you enter to produce a result and do not store that text. When you use the AI tools, the text you submit is sent to third-party AI model providers to generate your output.
Payment information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment details directly to complete the purchase and manage your subscription — we do not store your full card details.
Usage analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics tool (Umami) to understand general site usage, such as page views. It is cookieless and does not track you across other websites. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (GA4) for more detailed usage insights; GA4 sets cookies and shares analytics data with Google. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept cookies in our consent banner, and never before.
Cookies
We use essential cookies that are always active — for example, a secure login cookie that keeps you signed in. These are required for the site to work and do not need consent.
With your consent, we also use analytics cookies set by Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use letsflw. When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or decline these cookies; declining is as easy as accepting. No analytics cookies are set unless you accept, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we introduce advertising in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where required.
How we use information
We use your information to provide the service, operate your account, process payments, enforce usage limits, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Third-party services
The AI tools rely on third-party AI providers to process requests. Payments are handled by Paddle. Analytics are handled by our self-hosted, cookieless Umami instance and, with your consent, by Google Analytics (GA4), which is provided by Google and shares analytics data with Google. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
Data retention
Account information is kept while your account is active. Free-tool text is not retained.
